We had an amazing leisure experience at Lotte Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The facilities were of the highest quality, especially the state-of-the-art gym equipment. Our stay exceeded all expectations and we can't wait to return. Keep up the great work!

The rooms here are top-class and modern with hypo-allergenic pillows, a marble-lined bathroom, and a good sewerage system in the bath, and the location is great and magnificent in the Georgian restaurant, making it easy to get around.

The hotel was seriously mind-blowing! It's very centrally located and the building itself is brand new. The breakfast buffet was super impressive with a great variety of options. The rooms were spacious, modern, and had a gorgeous view. The food in the Georgian restaurant was incredibly good. The staff was proactive and really cared about guest comfort. The spa was absolutely jaw-dropping and the amenities were top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back!

The restaurant offers some unique Georgian dishes that are definitely worth trying. The Khachapuri is a must-try, as well as the Satsivi sauce. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with traditional art and decor. The bathroom in the room is clean and well-maintained, with luxurious Molton Brown toiletries provided. The fitness center is top-notch, with modern equipment and spacious facilities.

The elevator system can be quite confusing, with the need to switch elevators in some areas.

The breakfast was decent, and the gym was well equipped, so it was easy to get a quick workout in. The location was also great, very close to downtown and plenty of shopping areas. The room I stayed in was spacious with a great view of the city.

My Easter stay wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. The staff were rude and inattentive to my needs, and the room had a poor layout.

Despite being at full capacity during the FIFA event, they still made every effort to see if we could check in early. Although it wasn't possible, I was impressed by their commitment to ensuring a great stay. The hotel itself is new and modern, with spacious and well-equipped rooms that offer a great view. The facilities were everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The food at the Georgian restaurant was delicious and the room service was quick. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Great new hotel! The staff was amazing, always willing to help! The rooms were very well taken care of; we had clean towels, fresh linens and an excellent daily cleaning service. , the hotel is located in a superb central location, very close to all the action, which made it a lot easier to explore the city. the breakfast was of high quality, with many items to choose from including freshly made juices and coffee, truly a great way to start the day.

The hotel seems to be still under construction, with unfinished details, like locks that don't work properly and light bulbs that are missing, making the rooms a little uncomfortable. the Wi-Fi was unstable, and the connection was slow, which was a problem when trying to catch up on some work.
